Subject: cbp tapes
Status: RO

Sorry it's taken so long to get back to you. Here's the
status on the tapes. I've been able to read everything EXCEPT

Oregon 1978, 1987
Pennsy 1978, 1987
Wyomin 1978

(five files)
So... as a last resort I will take the TWO tapes that have
problems over to some 9track experts and see if they can't
help. If they can, great, if they can't, those data will
be missing, and unreplaceable from NIU. We were in contact
with NIU and they do not maintain the data base passed a few
years.

Once I determine whether or not I can read the above files I
will make the transfer and return the tapes. Thanks for your
patience.
